Applying for an Samy's Camera Credit Card is fast and easy. The application is subject to approval by Synchrony Bank. If approved, we'll automatically add your Samy's Camera Credit Card to your account at checkout. You will receive your Samy's Camera Credit Card in the mail within 7-10 business days after applying.

The Nikon Z5IIC is a full-frame mirrorless camera built around monitor-based shooting. Its flat-top body and 3.2-inch vari-angle touchscreen invite a relaxed, spontaneous way of working, while the 24.5-megapixel sensor and EXPEED 7 processor deliver the resolution, smooth bokeh, and rich tonality that full-frame photographers expect. Nikon designed the Z5IIC to slide in and out of a bag easily, so it is ready the moment a candid scene unfolds.
The Z5IIC pairs a 35.9 x 23.9 mm CMOS sensor with hybrid phase-detection and contrast autofocus. Subject detection recognizes 10 subject types, and 3D-tracking follows a moving subject across the frame once you lock on. Inside the body, 5-axis image sensor shift Vibration Reduction provides up to 7.5 stops of stabilization, which helps keep handheld shots sharp at slower shutter speeds and steadies video when you shoot on the move.
Composing on the rear monitor feels natural from the first frame. Hold the camera at waist level for street scenes, flip the screen forward for selfies and vlogs, or angle it overhead to shoot above a crowd. For anyone shopping digital mirrorless cameras with ease of use in mind, the Z5IIC offers an Auto mode plus 15 scene modes, giving beginners a simple starting point while experienced shooters work in program, shutter-priority, aperture-priority, or manual exposure.
The autofocus system covers up to 299 points in auto-area AF and detects focus down to -10 EV (measured with an f/1.2 lens at ISO 100 equivalent). That sensitivity, combined with a native ISO ceiling of 64000, keeps the Z5IIC working in dim restaurants, evening events, and night street scenes. Pinpoint, single-point, dynamic-area, wide-area, and auto-area modes give you precise control over where the camera focuses.
The Z5IIC records 4K UHD at up to 60p and Full HD at up to 120p, with 4x and 5x slow-motion modes in Full HD. For maximum grading flexibility, it captures 12-bit N-RAW internally at 4032 x 2268 up to 30p, plus 10-bit H.265 with N-Log or HLG tone modes. Dual-format proxy recording for RAW video, a waveform display, breathing compensation, Hi-Res Zoom, and time-lapse recording round out the video toolkit.
Audio options include a built-in stereo microphone, a 3.5mm input for external microphones with plug-in power support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for monitoring. Video saved in NEV or MOV format records Linear PCM audio at 48 kHz and 24-bit.
A dedicated Picture Control button puts the camera's looks a single press away. Choose from standard Picture Controls, 20 Creative Picture Controls, or over 140 Imaging Recipes downloaded from Nikon Imaging Cloud, then add the Film Grain option for texture. The Z5IIC has a single slot for SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory cards and supports the UHS-II standard. Fast UHS-II cards are a smart choice for N-RAW video and high-speed bursts, where write speed keeps the camera ready for the next shot.
The camera runs on the EN-EL15c rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which is included. EN-EL15b and EN-EL15a batteries are also compatible. Carrying a spare from our batteries and power adapters selection is helpful for full days of travel or event coverage.
