People love the Nanlite Forza 60 and 60B for their accurate and versatile performance, but also because they’re amazingly compact and lightweight. But what if there was another fixture in this family with the same qualities and twice the power? Meet the new Nanlite Forza 150 LED Monolight. It’s as compact and lightweight as possible, it provides a wide range of control and light-modifier options, it delivers highly accurate light (CRI 96, TLCI 98) and is ready for the studio and for use in the field. It’s fully prepared to become your favorite, go-to light.
FEATURES:
Compact, Lightweight, and Impressively Bright - The Nanlite Forza 150 weighs only 3 pounds yet it provides a formidable 27,960 lux (2,597 fc) @ 1m 5600K with the included reflector, and a staggering 69,200 lux (6,429 fc) with the separately available FL-11 fresnel. For a fixture that’s only 8.9 x 5.2 x 4.5" in size, it delivers an impressive amount of output when you need it.
A Multitude of Control Options - You can control Forza 150 with its built-in knobs, display, and Mode button, but it also can be controlled via 2.4 GHz with the WS-RC-C2 or RC-1 remotes, through DMX/RDM, and with built-in Bluetooth and the new Nanlink mobile app for iOS, Android, and a future dedicated iPad app. A compatible Nanlite DMX adapter cable will be available soon.
An Ecosystem of Modifiers and Bowens Mount - Forza 150 is compact because it has the same custom FM Mount found on the Forza 60 and 60B. It’s compatible with all the light modifiers for the FM Mount, such as the softboxes and projectors. A Bowens adapter with a built- in umbrella mount is included in the case, which makes Forza 150 fully compatible with a vast number of light shapers.
Plenty of Effects and Firmware Upgradable - There are 11 creativity-inspiring effects in Forza 150, which is many more than you’ll find on other LED monolights in this class. A USB port is integrated into the fixture, making it easy to add future firmware updates.
Runs on AC Power and V-Mount - A power adapter is included when you have access to AC outlets, but when you’re shooting in the field Forza 150 can run on a V-Mount battery. The power adapter includes a V-Mount battery attachment, and the light will operate with either a 14.8V or 26V battery. A locking 4-pin XLR power connector is provided on Forza 150 to avoid unwanted disconnection. A new V-Mount handgrip for the 150 will be available separately that features XLR and D-Tap cables. The handgrip can be mounted on a stand, and it rests stably on flat surfaces when a battery is attached.
