Starting Monday, August 28, Samy's Camera Pets Photo Contest - Presented by Memento is open for entries! Submit your best pet photo for a chance to win the following:

Contest is open for entries Friday, September 1, 2017 until 11:59pm on Friday, September 22nd. Entries will be reviewed by a panel of Samy’s Camera professionals. Winners will be announced Friday, September 29th, 2017 by 5 pm.

ELIGIBILITY & RULES
Must be a US resident 13 years or older.
All photos submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them. Limit one entry per participant.
By entering the contest you allow Samy's Camera the right to feature your photo on our website, social media channels and newsletters.
The Samy's Camera Pet Photo Contest - Presented by Memento (“Photo Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Trustees, Board Members, Employees, interns, or partners of Samy's Camera, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
Previously published material for which non-exclusive rights were granted may be entered as long as you still maintain the right to grant us a license (see "Your Rights" below). You must be able to disclose when and where the photo appeared previously to Samy’s Camera upon request.
If you choose to include people in your submission, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted.
Retouching and subtle watermarking are allowed.
The First prize winner will selected by a panel of Samy’s Camera judges.
The Second and Third Prize winners will be chosen by popular vote. Entrants are not allowed to vote for their own submission.
Entrants are allowed to vote on other entries, one vote per photograph. Any repeat votes from the same person will not be counted towards the overall number of likes on an image.
Pay for vote services or promising goods for votes will also disqualify entrants from being eligible for the third prize.
Samy's Camera reserves the right to remove any photo from the contest for reasons including but not limited to; obscene or offensive subject matter, infringing on some else's artistic property, not consistent with theme, substantial pixelation.
If fraudulent voting is suspected, entrants can be disqualified at our discretion.
Samy's Camera vendors, employees and relatives of employees are not eligable to participate.
