Beauty Dish with Grid (32 In.)

First off, thanks to Sammy's great staff for getting me a Bowens mount insert in time for me to use the dish on a shoot last weekend. Given the $149.99 price, it's a great value. I've only looked at the images back-of-camera, but it gives a nice, soft light. When you consider the Chimera 30-inch soft dish as a comparable, that's a great value. Fit and finish -- awkward to say the least. The mount ring is a Rotalux knockoff and the rods never fully snapped into place. It was just enough to give the modifier its shape. Front diffuser was a tight fit too. I haven't tried the grid yet. But given the buy-in cost, the dish is a wonderful value.
