The Fujifilm X-Pro2 is a lightweight 24.3 MP mirrorless camera featuring an APS-C X-Trans CMOS III sensor. It's loaded with features perfect for travel and capturing everyday life.
The camera was built to be used, with intuitive classic dials for exposure compensation and shutter speeds to keep control at your fingertips. The newly designed dual-function ISO dial adds the functionality of choosing ISO speed, reminiscent of older film cameras. On the same dial, select shutter speeds up to 1/8000 of a second, as well as bulb (B) and time (T) settings. Use the exposure compensation dial to adjust 3-stops of exposure compensation in 1/3 EV steps. (The command dial will allow up to +/- 5-stops.) The rear of the body has been laid out with quick access to the common features you demand.
The dust-proof, splash-proof and freezeproof magnesium body, now includes dual SD card slots for highly reliable data storage. Images can be copied between the cards so you can back-up on the fly without the use of a computer.
The Fujifilm X-Pro2 features a 3" 1.62 million-dot LCD monitor as well as a high-precision 2.36 million-dot real-time Advanced Hybrid Multi Viewfinder for outstanding usability even in bright conditions. The electronic viewfinder (EVF) is simultaneously displayed as a small window in the optical viewfinder (OVF). The ultra-fast 85 fps EVF now allows three viewing modes: 100% field of view, 2.5x magnification and 6x magnification. The X-Processor Pro engine equipped X-Trans CMOS III sensor increases the abilities of the Fujifilm X-Pro2 by allowing an extended ISO range up to 51200. Use the fast 1/8000 mechanical shutter and the blistering fast 1/32000 electronic shutter for continued high-speed performance at up to 8fps.
Phase detection AF has been increased from 49 to 77 selectable points in the X-Pro2, which now covers 40% of the image area, dramatically increasing focus speeds. Focus area is easily changed with a focus lever joystick on the back of the body. Manual focus assist includes digital split image (as seen in rangefinder cameras) and focus peaking.
Recreate Fujifilm's classic film colors by choosing any of the 15 Film Simulation options including, ACROS, Classic Chrome, Provia, Velvia, Astia, and so much more. Get creative with multiple-exposures or the Fujifilm X-Pro2's eight advanced filters, including: high key, low key, soft focus, toy camera, miniature, pop color, dynamic tone and partial color (color selective).
Finally, for the videographer, the Fujifilm X-Pro2 offers full HD recording up to 60fps with a 36 Mbps bitrate. And you can still use the film simulation modes to let your creative side shine.
