The Phottix BP-1100D Battery Grip for Canon Rebel T3 is a great addition to your Canon Rebel T3. The grip has two functions, the first being the ability to use two LP-E10 batteries to double your battery life or you can use the included AA battery holder to operate the camera with normal AA batteries. This can come in very handy when you're unable to recharge your LP-E10 batteries and need to keep using your camera.
The grip adds extra function buttons, a dial as well as a secondary shutter release button for vertical shots. A tripod socket and hand strap bar are also built into the bottom of the grip. An on/off switch is also located at the side of the grip to turn off the functionality of the buttons on the grip to avoid accidentally pressing them when they are not needed.
