The glass is horrible. It produces so much glare that you cannot see your framed image if there is any direct light at all. Limits your choices to dark corners. Do not buy it.

The frame was great, arrived well packaged and on time. My only issue was the instructions weren't very clear on how to fully release the clips, and I ended up chipping the frame slightly. Luckily the chip was direclty under the metal clip, so it doesn't show, but I wish the directions had provided more pictures on the correct process to use. Overall a great product, exactly fit our 12x18 print, looks great!
