Camera is very "user friendly" for someone not familiar with taking quality pictures. With the 10x zoom you can get excellent close ups of scenes and subjects from a great distance. My wife and I are very happy we purchased this camera because we travel a lot and take a variety of pictures. The price from Samy's for the camera, memory card and carrying case was unbelievably low. The people at Samy's who assisted in making the purchase and shipping were very courteous and professional in getting the camera to us in Maryland in three days from the time of purchase.

Great camera for the price. Plenty of features, with 10x zoom being especially nice for a compact package. Also, some optical zoom (3x I believe) is available while shooting videos . As far as the store itself, Samy's is great: service, prices, free and fast shipping.

It fills the bill for an inexpensive camera with lots of great features.The only thing lacking, is a view finder.It is a must ,to buy a memory card for more pics or videos.
