Experienced Sales Person – Santa Ana Location

Established southern California camera retailer is seeking an experienced sales person to work in our very busy Santa Ana store. Ideal candidates must have knowledge of the latest digital point and shoot cameras, prosumer and professional camera equipment, large format digital camera systems, video, lighting and computer experience. Candidates must have prior retail sales experience, excellent customer service skills and available to work weekends. We seek a polished professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Sells a broad range of products to customer and works to achieve the highest-level of customer satisfaction
• Resolve specific customer questions
• Accurately operates retail cash register system being sure to capture name and address and proper sales information for all transactions.

• Retail sales experience a must
• Knowledge of professional digital point and shoot cameras, video cameras, photography accessories such as tripods, Bags and Digital Media
• Knowledge of prosumer and professional camera equipment, Large format and Lighting
• Required to work weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual a plus

MINI LAB - Part Time

Samy’s Camera has an immediate opening for a professional person to help out in our Santa Ana Mini Lab. We are seeking a motivated, hard working individual who prides him/herself on time-management and professional results, someone who is capable of troubleshooting when minor problems arise in the lab. Ideal candidate must have a strong back ground in lab production.

Include printing, scanning and retouching in a photography-based environment. Must pay exceptional attention to detail and be proficient at color correction. Must have excellent customer service skills and available to work weekends. We seek a polished professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient on PC/MAC platforms, In Photoshop-Retouching/Repair/Processing RAW files, Color Management with large format printing on Pro Epson Printers, Noritsu 3101 and scanning prints and negatives.
