The Westcott 40-degree Grid for 43" Apollo Orb is use to control off axis light in 4 directions. It allows you to create severance & depth such as a hair light where you want to control just the light going onto the hair in order to separate it from the background. Grid corners are left separated in order to provide the ideal fit. This allows you to enlarge the grid taught and avoid sagging or drooping.
