Web Pricing - Why are the prices on this web site different from those in your stores?
Our stores are staffed with a wide variety of product specialists and support staff, each of whom make an effort to be responsive and pleasant to deal with. We're also able to provide a customer with any item from our inventory to inspect and test. The cost of this customer service is an increased overhead for our in-store prices, to pay for the store space, the training of our employees, and other considerations not present online. We're happy to offer reduced prices online and hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase no matter where you decide to buy.

The DAIWA DST-73 tripod has a professional true-fluid pan head with industry standard 75mm ball mount. The tripod can handle up to 7kgs (15 pounds) of camera and equipment. The DST-73 all-metal head comes complete with one pan handle but has handle mounts on both sides of the head for two-handle use. The head has a long-side quick release plate for easy mounting and dismounting of the camera. There is also an illuminated bubble level that lights up for 20 seconds when it's button is pushed. This makes it easy to set up and level in dark places. 3 Stage legs with dual-rails on the upper two stages add stability and prevent snap-back at the end of panning movements. A removable mid-level spreader is included with the tripod. The legs can fit into the standard DAIWA FL-9 floor spreader or use the standard DAIWA Foot Pads (both sold separately). Excellent tripod for light-weight ENG cameras as well as digital SLR cameras with heavy lenses or brackets. The DST-43 is an excellent choice for professional compact HD video cameras.
