The RPS Studio Portable Wireless Speedlite Studio Kit is the perfect solution for the busy location/event photographer who needs to get candids but also takes posed head shots or group shots. This kit quickly turns the speedlite you take to the shoot into a studio type light, wirelessly.
The kit consists of a 36" white umbrella with the black back, a 4 section 8 foot light stand, and a wireless RF remote which not only triggers the flash but marries the stand, umbrella and speedlite together. The wireless RF remote has a transmitter and a receiver. The receiver features two hot shoes (allowing up to 2 speedlites to be used), 4 channels to prevent other photographers from interfering with your work, and mounts onto the light stand. The umbrella mounts into the receiver. The receiver is powered by 2 "AAA" batteries (not included). The transmitter has a test button and a hot foot that mounts onto the hot shoe of the camera. When the shutter of the camera is released, this instantly triggers the speedlite up to 80 feet away, wirelessly. And, there are no cords for anyone to trip over.
