The EP-10 Standard Eyecup for E-M5 Digital Cameras from Olympus is a detachable rubber eyecup that offers protection for the viewfinder from scratches and the elements and helps to block stray light from entering the electronic viewfinder, which makes for clearer focusing and composition. Of course, it also provides a level of comfort for the user when looking through the viewfinder on the E-M5. The EP-10 is the eyecup that comes with the E-M5 but having a spare eyecup in your kit bag is a good idea in case the original gets lost while on vacation or assignment.
