The Raynox HDP-6000EX High Definition 0.79X Wide-Angle Conversion Lens is designed especially for professional HD camcorders, and maintains sharp focusing throughout the entire zoom range. The HDP-6000EX lens controls image distortion and has an amazing resolution power of 640 lines/mm at center (MTF 30%) to suit the quality of high definition cameras.

When using the HDP-6000EX lens, the f-number of the master lens will not change and the lens will maintain high image quality when used at the camera’s wide angle range. While the HDP-6000EX is compatible with a 20X zoom lens, please note that the image quality may degrade at the fringe when zoomed to the telephoto end on some HD camera lenses. Any flares at high zoom may be reduced by stopping down the original lens aperture.

The HDP-6000EX lens has a mounting thread of 72mm, and can be mounted on other cameras’ lenses using an adapter ring of 52mm, 55mm, 62mm, 67mm, 77mm or 82mm, sold separately. It is recommended to carefully support the lens by hand when shooting, and to dismount the lens after you finish shooting.
