| The process was the most difficult I have experienced with purchasing a gift card. I have purchased and sent gift cards directly to the recipient from other companies. I have never been required to call from my home phone to verify the purchase and delivery location. In addition I could only call during business hours which was impossible since I am not home during the day. I therefore cancelled the order and had the cards sent to me. However, there were sent by FedEx with a required signature. There was no way to change the requirement. Fortunately FedEx delivered at 430pm in the evening on the 2nd try and my husband was home (which is not necessarily normal). I won't order another gift card from you unless the requirments change. I understand your desire to prevent fraud but I have not encountered another company with these requirements. |

| The gift card itself was a great...however, when the recipient open the red envelope it was sent to me in the To and From was filled in...INCORRECTLY!!! I did not ask for this information to be filled in on the card. Unless a gift message is specifically asked for this information should be left blank for the purchaser to fill in if wanted. I was quite mortified when then gift was opened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It made it look like I had REgifted. Humiliated and Embarrased!!!! This procedure should be reexamined.... |
