Before making my purchase, I called Samy's camera customer service and I am glad I did. The rep was very friendly and helpful. Camera, extra zoom lens, hood and sdhc flash card all arrived in a well packed box right on time and in perfect condition. The camera and 18-135 STM lens are performing flawlessly.

I like all the features for this t4i as i,m reading the instruction manual. I have not tried all them yet. The price is reasonable for this camera. I,m going for vacation next month and I hope am able to learn all the nice features for this camera. This is my first DLSR camera.
